Extremely happy with the results. I’ve been looking for a go to stylist since we moved to Port Richey and I want to take a moment to shout out Chloe. I had an idea in my mind but not really sure what to “ask” for. She delivered on everything from her consult and asked great questions. Absolutely in love with the color. She was efficient and got me in and out quickly, very positive experience and will be booking future services with her.

Lorieanna was super nice, easy to understand, and very helpful. She made my whole experience amazing and made sure I was well taken care of, even asking about allergies. I have a hearing issue, and she did a wonderful job of making sure I could see her clearly so I could understand everything she was saying. My hair came out fantastic, we had a great conversation, and I will definitely be going back, especially since they do so well with long hair.

I’ve been coming here for the past five and a half years, and I can confidently say that the team is exceptional at communication. I’ve had some very bad experiences at other salons - so much so that it took me a few years to work up the courage to try a new hairstylist. My first appointment was with Ashley, and she immediately put me at ease. She is incredibly professional and makes sure she fully understands exactly what you’re looking for. She even walks you through the process step by step, so you always know what’s happening and feel completely comfortable. I have never once left an appointment feeling unhappy with my hair. And if I ever did, I know without a doubt that I could call and they would do everything possible to make it right. They truly want every client to feel valued and heard. I’ve never encountered anyone at this location who was anything less than kind and professional. If you’re looking for a transparent, trustworthy hairstylist, I highly recommend Ashley or Amy. I’ve personally seen both of them, and they are absolutely wonderful. Ashley will always be my go-to she’s given me the comfort and confidence I’ve been searching for in a stylist! Anyways, I’m posting the before and after of what she recently did to my hair and I’m in loveee! She made my hair look alive again ❤️ Thank you Ashley 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

From the second I walk through the door, I feel welcomed, seen, and genuinely cared for. The energy is warm, loving, and uplifting in a way that’s hard to put into words. Amy and Ashley are more than just talented — they have the biggest hearts. They listen without judgment, they support your vision (even when you change it a hundred times), and they make you feel beautiful inside and out. When I decided to switch up my hair color and then a month later realized my red was where I belonged, I was honestly nervous to come back and ask for it again. But there was no side-eye, no “I told you so,” no judgment at all. Instead, they welcomed me back with smiles, reassurance, and open arms. They understood me. And when they brought my red back to life, it felt like they were bringing me back to life too. They didn’t just restore my hair — they restored my confidence. They poured so much love into me during that appointment, and I walked out feeling like myself again. City Tribe Salon isn’t just a salon. It’s a safe space.
